What can you get with astros in this game? ive been playing for awhile and i never understood

Basicly, they make the game playable.

Without astros:

-Slow leveling (past 200 almost impossible ashuashua)
-No good item drops (never ever)

With astros:

-Not so slow leveling
-Slightly better drops
-access to extractors and other real money items that make hax gear
