You'll need to disable your anti virus program and your fire wall. Make sure to re-enable them after you're done playing Rumble Fighter.

As far as I know, no.

That's the error, right? If you look in the list of errors thread you'd see it and the solutions.

Lol, they're not trying to hack you or anything.
Sometimes, firewalls suspect Rumble Fighter as a hacking device, which it isn't. So it disables it.

Just disable your firewall and turn it back on when you're done playing Rumble Fighter.

Disabling your firewall/anti-virus temporarily should fix it. If not, contact the Help Desk.
Until next time..

I don't recommend disabling your firewall just to play this game. Instead I would allow Windows Firewall to accept request from Rumble Fighter client and OGPlanet.

But if you have no other options and need to disable it just to play the game:

>> Click your Start Button on your task bar then select "Control Panel" from the Start button menu.

>> Click on the "System and Security" on the Control Panel category.

>> Click on the "Windows Firewall" category.

>> On the left-hand panel, select the "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" option.

>> If you are located on your home private network, under the "Home or work (private) network location setting," select "Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended)." If you are at a local or public network (EX: local library, local Wi-fi hotspot, school's Internet connection), under "Public network location setting," select "Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended)."

>> Click "OK," and exit out of Control Panel.

You firewall should now be disabled. Remember to turn your firewall back on after you are done playing Rumble Fighter. Windows Firewall is a important piece of computer and network security to avoid your PC from being compromised from a unauthorized entity.

Okay, well first of all let's just say you connection could be the problem. When you get a "Cannot connect to the server" error message when the Rumble Fighter client appears and attempts to load, it means just as what it says. For some reason or another, your computer cannot establish a proper connection to the OGP server making it impossible to play the game. For this particular error message it could be one of the following:

It could be your network connection on your computer and the router/access point in your home. Make sure both of them have a stable connection and make sure that the signal quality and the address configuration settings is correct. The problem could be that you were disconnected from your network connection or your private network was cut from communicating out to the Internet. This is a simple fix you could do to resolve most connection problems:

>> Click the START button
>> Click on "All Programs"
>> Navigate to the "Accessories" category
>> "RIGHT-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as a administrator"

>> Type in the following command (without the quotation marks): "ipconfig /release"

>> Next, type in the following command (without the quotation marks): "ipconfig /renew"

Doing that should remove and release the current connection and connection properties you were using and then refreshing your connection by giving you new connection properties for your private network.

There is also something else that could cause that problem. Sometimes Windows Firewall or a antivirus software that has a firewall feature can cut off Rumble Fighter to operate when it loads. In the most general terms, a firewall is any computer software or hardware that scans and filters data sent from one computer to another. This could be the case with Rumble Fighter. In order to let Rumble Fighter through the firewall filter, you must manually make the executable file "rumblefighter.exe" a allowed or accepted program to be used through the antivirus software's firewall feature settings, or Windows Firewall (whichever is currently active).

If it happens to be a antivirus software such as Macfee, Norton Internet Security, Kaspersky, Avast!, Avira, etc., then you made find the firewall configuration setting through the actual application's advanced tool settings. If it is Windows Firewall, go to the Control Panel and look for Windows Firewall with Advanced Settings to configure which programs are allowed and blocked through the firewall.

If the following above does not work for you, I would contact the help desk. They may be able to assist you further.
