i try to get red powered but the quest is so hard, any idea how i can get it w?out doing quest?

Probably not in shop. Perhaps OGP will include it in the cashapon, as they've already done it for Dozel & BWS

that mission is actually one of the easiest  its just that it requires a unique setup to complete... 4 apsalus II's and be sure your team uses cyclops/dummy items to make the mission tons easier to do
