|Topic: (Resolved) SDGO on Win7 Home Premium 64 Bit?|

Edit: Resolved by purging everything OGP-related or SDGO-related from the drive, then installing to a folder outside both /program files/ dirs. Not an ideal fix, but it will do. Post being left up in case it helps others.
I found another thread on this topic, but its solution of not installing to /Program Files (x86)/ didn't help me.
I'm running a new Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) install, just got it up today. However, SDGO isn't working even after three installs. It tells me it cannot find the game client and to check the registry; as if I'd know where to look. I can't get much more precise than this, because when I tried to load GOnline.exe directly (e.g. outside the OGP Launcher), it... vanished from my OGP Launcher games list? Bizarre.
I currently have SDGO residing in /Program Files/ (not the x86 one for 32-bit apps, though I did try that first; no success) and the problem is persistent. Does anyone have some advice on fixing this? I can't keep redownloading patches on blind-guess re-installs, I have a monthly bandwidth limit, so I need solid leads on how to proceed.
