EW really create freaking OP suits
Legend gundam (that funnel is pretty much useless,no melee with form one, cant transform if you used your funnels. which basically means if you see a legend without funnels, he also has no melee)

Rock -  Exia GN Arms E (float like an MA, Range like a paper, Versatile like a scissor, Nasty up close like a rock)

Paper:  Gundam F91 (constant ranged damage, by switching between its 4 ranged weapons, awesome boost pool, and capable 5 hit melee)

Scissor: Destiny.... yeah.. ok ill admit Ive only got 2 scissor S ranks, freedom and destiny, but i just made enhanced zz, so im gonna make Full Armor ZZ lol..

worst-

Rock:  Hmm, both Altron EW and Master gundam just don't seem to fit me quite right...
Paper: WZCEW... seems to just clutter things up
Scissor: I dunno.. heard some ppl gripe about Arios...

Best:
Paper-> Nu HWS (any other answer is madness)
Rock-> 00r(same as above)
Scissor-> Unicorn NTD

scissor: destiny (its too generic!)

Rock: 00 Raiser (susanowo was a raffle and does not count, also it isn't as good as 00R)
Paper: Double X
Scissors: Sazabi

Lower tier:
Rock: Justice
Paper: Dendrobium
Scissors: Akatsuki Oowashi (not saying it is bad, but it seems to be the worst of the scissor S ranks which are all really good... Oowashi is still really fun and good just not any better than the other scissors released.)

Thing with S ranks is that they will always be good and better than any A-C rank performance-wise and be the best and most dynamic units in the game. So to call some worst is not right imo.. they are all still good in their own way.

EDIT: had Destiny as best for versatility, but realized that the nearly pointless skillset put it behind Sazabi and put Sazabi instead.
Full armor ZZ won't be best scissor until missile buff so I didn't put it up there.

Best S ranks.

1)Rock: I'm not a rock player so I can't give a fair assesment.

2)Scissor: Full Armor Double Zeta (Delayed). Once its buff rolls around it becomes a beast.

3)Paper: Gundam F91. Can play like any of the 3 types and do well in all of them.


Worst S ranks.

1) Rock: See Rock above.

2) Scissor: Freedom. Not a bad suit per say, but everything it does is done better by others.

3) Paper: Providence. See Freedom.
